Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience supporting the reliability and operation of enterprise platforms or IT services. Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, virtualization, and/or cloud environments. Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools (metrics, logs, alerts, traces). Proven experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews. Strong background in automation and scripting to eliminate manual operations. Experience working with DevOps / SRE tools and practices, including CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code. Intermediate English proficiency, required for collaboration with global teams and documentation. Preferred Skills and Experience CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification. Terraform Associate certification. RHCSA or RHCE (Linux) certification. Experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
