Position Overview The Maintenance Coordinator is the face of maintenance inside of the market. This individual is responsible for all functions of maintenance regarding revenue, profitability, and ensuring the Maintenance Techs/vendors are staying busy with work. This person must treat it like you own it, move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and have a knack for detailed, accurate work. The role also requires clear communication to all levels within the organization, both internal and external. A large responsibility for this position will be supporting all Maintenance Techs and communicating with our vendors. Your job is to provide oversight to the Maintenance Techs and ensure they understand the full scope and why behind their role. This includes ensuring each tech knows what their days/weeks look like and full support for them to be successful in staying busy and working on projects. Key Responsibilities Ownership and leadership skills to follow through on all issues. Hold the team accountable to KPIs and processes. Set vision and create opportunities for others in the department. Independent problem solving. Collaborate with Operations Team. Strong delegation ability. Willing to go above and beyond for the organization. Process internal/external bills. Track and project the market’s maintenance revenue/profit. Commit to doing the small things that equal big results that directly impact the maintenance department. Core Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient use of technologies. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Desire to work as part of a team. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant is a plus. Minimum Requirements Fast Internet: minimum download speed of 40Mbps. Working Computer (preferably laptop). Two monitor screens. Webcam. Headset. Quiet workspace. Schedule and Compensation Starting salary range of 8USD per hour, and the opportunity to move up and grow! We require full‑time availability. Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm US CST (on call on weekends to handle emergency maintenance requests) and we do not offer any part‑time positions.
