Role Description The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions. Analyze and explain variances between present results, budget, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with Sales and Production Control to ensure revenue, liabilities, and price adjustments are accurately recorded in financial statements. Prepare and analyze weekly volume and sales forecasts, presenting results to leadership and sales teams. Develop and present monthly sales analysis reports, including volume, costing, pricing, and revenue comparisons (Actual vs. Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Prior Forecast).
