THE POSITION The Venue Coordinator reports organisationally to the FIFA Fan Operations Venue Lead and works closely with the FIFA Headquarters and other key individuals responsible for delivering a positive fan experience. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for the FIFA Fan Operations Venue Lead on all Fan Services Operations. Manage Gate Supervisors ensuring they are briefed and have the required operational equipment. Deploy, brief, and manage Fan Operations volunteers. Ensure critical event and venue information is available to fans and staff through multiple channels. Coordinate with Audio Descriptive Commentators. Oversee Restricted Item Storages located across the stadium. Work alongside the Accessibility team to deliver high‑standard mobility and accessible services. Maintain and deploy company assets and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve potential issues. Other duties as assigned by the Fan Operations Venue Lead. Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships across diverse teams. Ability to pivot in response to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing situations. Work Experience 3+ years in event management and/or operations roles. Experience collaborating with large teams. Public speaking experience. Leadership experience with part‑time staff and/or volunteers is a plus. Languages Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus. Technology Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
