Job Title:- Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer Job Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes through the design, development, and implementation of robust testing solutions. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction by leading manufacturing test operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage Manufacturing Test Operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely testing of products on the production line. Develop, implement, and optimize In Circuit Testing procedures to validate electronic assemblies and components. Design, program, and maintain automated test systems using LabVIEW and TestStand to enhance test coverage and throughput. Develop custom test software and applications using .NET , Python , or VB to support manufacturing test requirements and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, quality assurance, and production to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues. Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in test methodologies and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to manufacturing testing. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including providing technical documentation and reports in both English and Spanish where applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or a closely related role. Proven expertise in Manufacturing Test Operations and In Circuit Testing . Strong programming skills in LabVIEW , TestStand , and at least one of the following: .NET , Python , or VB . Proficiency in Spanish is required to support communication within multinational teams and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
