Job Responsibilities Arrange production schedule and allocate capacity for injection molding lines, track delivery of automotive plastic parts to meet output and delivery targets. Manage the workflow of injection molding, spraying and assembly processes. Quality Control Oversee inspection on appearance, dimension and performance of plastic products, handle customer complaints and rework. Implement automotive industry quality standards, promote process improvement and reduce scrap rate. Cost & Material Management Control consumption of plastic raw materials, auxiliary materials and energy. Optimize inventory and material requisition, calculate production cost and achieve cost reduction goals. Equipment & Mold Management Manage daily maintenance, inspection and repair of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and automotive molds. Supervise trial and repair of molds to minimize downtime loss. Staff & Team Management Establish team structure, arrange shifts, conduct performance appraisal and skill training. Manage frontline supervisors and employees to stabilize staff turnover. Safety & 5S Management Enforce workshop safety regulations, inspect risks of machinery, fire hazard and chemical substances. Implement 5S management to ensure compliant operation and zero accidents. Cross-department Coordination Liaise with sales, R&D, procurement, warehouse, quality department and vehicle manufacturers. Update production progress and follow up new product trial production and engineering changes. Report & System Implementation Prepare reports on production, efficiency, material loss and manpower. Comply with company regulations, EHS rules and IATF16949 system requirements. People Qualifications Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Bachelor’s degree or above Over 10 years of working experience in the automotive injection molding industry, with more than 6 years of factory operation management experience in factories employing over 500 people Solid experience in full-range management of factory quality and production control Competent in cross-cultural communication, open-minded and eager to learn; clear logical thinking, proactive working attitude, and strong problem-solving capability Capable of driving KPI achievement and business process execution with strong self-motivation #J-18808-Ljbffr
