Job Description The Mexico Subsidiary Banking team serves foreign multinational companies with a local presence. As an Associate, you will work closely with corporate bankers and product & risk partners to develop and maintain client relationships. You will also manage your own portfolio of existing and prospective clients. Additionally, you will support the Corporate Banking team by managing internal processes, including advancing credit requests, securing approvals for deal executions, identifying and tracking opportunities, and ensuring accurate reporting. Job Responsibilities An exciting opportunity to join the Global Corporate Bank Subsidiary Banking team covering the regional and in-country subsidiaries of multinationals. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to support our clients' growth on a global scale, deepen client relationship and deliver a best-in-class solutions to our clients. Work alongside corporate bankers and product partners, including Payments, Sales & Marketing, Debt Capital Markets, Investor Services, Asset Management and Investment Banking, to identify and execute transactions from initial pitch through to closing, for both existing and prospective clients, across JPMorgan's broad array of products. Facilitate the origination efforts with senior bankers and product teams to identify, structure and deliver value-added solutions including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX & Rates, Commodities, Futures & Options Clearing, DCM and Asset Management. Conduct comprehensive client and industry analysis, prepare account plans, and conduct deal pitches. Cultivate and develop client relationship by addressing clients' banking requirements leveraging J.P. Morgan's global network and value propositions. Assume full ownership in end-to-end deal execution with strong sense of responsibility and leadership. Support senior bankers in carrying out end-to-end deal process and the maintenance of existing business relationship, as well as the management of KYC on-boarding, renewal and remediation. Participate in the analysis and negotiation of financing requests in coordination with credit, product, legal and compliance teams. Act as a point of contact both internally and for clients for middle office/operations queries where required. Prepare and maintain internal presentations, materials and processes, such as senior briefing memos, credit request submissions, portfolio reviews, global firm-wide account plans, pipeline reporting. Understand the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings, including but not limited to Treasury Services, Trade Finance, Markets, DCM, Securities Services, Asset Management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate banking role Fully bilingual (Spanish and English). Strong financial analytical skills and knowledge of corporate banking products including credit, cash management, trade finance, FX & Rates, commodities hedging and DCM Display consistent and high standard of personal integrity, partnership and team spirit. Excellent communication skill and strong client management experience. Ability to work effectively across geographies and time zones.
