Supply Chain Planning Specialist role at Tetra Pak Overview The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team connects demand planning, supply chain planning, and fulfilment operations into one cohesive, end-to-end way of working for Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE). The team is driving Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) across production centers, business streams and markets and ensures reliable, responsive, and cost-efficient delivery of capital equipment. This is done through standardized processes, advanced planning tools, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities Drive Supply Chain orchestration from an end-to-end perspective and play an important role in enabling the journey of the Integrated Supply Chain team. Contribute to implement and coordinate demand and supply balancing by developing Sales & Operations Planning processes. Perform Supply Network Planning to enable optimized use of production footprint and fulfil production and sourcing strategies. Integrate with factories and engineering offices weekly planning forums to mid- and long-term horizons of planning. Drive Supply Chain performance improvements and constraints eradication using WCM (Work Class Manufacturing) methodology to increase customer order fulfilment and value perceived by customer. Optimize asset utilization by steering the allocation of units across different sites. Manage relationships with Supply Chain players, such as Suppliers, Production Centres, Engineering, Business Streams to secure effective interaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree within the area of Supply Chain Management such as Industrial Mechanical, Logistics Engineering or Business Administration, Commercial Trade, International Trade or similar. At least 5 years as a Supply Chain Specialist, Supplier Analyst, S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) coordinator, Production Planning Analyst, Project Planning Analyst or similar positions in a manufacturing environment. Be fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Proven leadership and networking skills and an analytical mindset. Strong personal drive and the ability to motivate others and influence at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of Continuous Improvement tools, including World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is required as well as having the experience from driving improvement teams. Hands‑on experience from working with systems and analytical tools is considered as a plus. APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) / ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certifications, such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management), are considered an asset.
