Position Objective Manage high-impact quality issues end-to-end, ensuring proper prioritization, coordination, follow-up, and effective closure. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, risk-based decision-making, and sustainable issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of high-impact quality issues from detection through closure. Prioritize issues based on risk, customer impact, and business impact. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address critical issues effectively. Track action plans, ensuring accountability, timelines, and proper documentation. Validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions before closure. Monitor trends to prevent recurrence of issues. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Experience: 5 years in Quality Engineering or related areas. English Level: Advanced. Technical Skills & Competencies Product Risk (PR) Management & Issue Management. Problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). PFMEA / DFMEA, SPC, MSA. Power BI and intermediate Excel. Strong analytical thinking and risk-based approach. Effective communication (technical and executive levels). Team collaboration and influence across functions. High sense of ownership and urgency.
