Position Type Full-time Job Summary We’re Hiring: Trade Compliance Manager Full-time Looking for a Trade Compliance Manager to lead and oversee import/export compliance activities across Mexico and LATAM. This role will ensure compliance with customs regulations, IMMEX/PROSEC programs, trade laws, export controls, and broker management while partnering with cross-functional teams to support efficient global operations. Key Responsibilities Lead regional trade compliance activities for Mexico & LATAM Manage customs brokers and import/export operations Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS, Annex 24 & 31 Oversee tariff classification, valuation, origin, and export controls Support audits, compliance programs, and risk mitigation initiatives Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in Trade Compliance Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, IMMEX/PROSEC, and broker management Experience with export controls and compliance audits Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field Fluent in English Area of Interest Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Equal Employment Opportunity At PIP Global Safety, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are respected and valued.
