Job Summary As a Renewals Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for the daily creation and administration of subscription and support renewal quotations. You will execute all phases of the contract renewal life-cycle, from initial communication to final quote revision. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless renewal process by interacting with channel partners and internal sales personnel to protect and grow our recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with renewal account managers, channel partners, and sales teams to generate and deliver subscription and support renewal quotes 90-120 days before contract expiration. Validate all supporting data for quote accuracy, meticulously investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Maintain precise and current records of the customer install base and service contract details within Salesforce CPQ and other renewal applications. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings, subscription types, and renewal licensing models to ensure accurate quoting. Document all quote-related notes, critical information, and relevant account activities accurately within Salesforce.com to ensure transparency and alignment. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on renewal strategies and timelines, empowering the sales team to achieve their targets. Qualifications Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a quoting, order operations, or sales support environment. Business fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using Salesforce.com, particularly with CPQ or related modules. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Excel.
