Key Responsibilities Lead Micron’s Mexico operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, values, & governance. Drive operational performance across productivity, quality, engagement, & financial outcomes. Serve as the primary connection & escalation point between Mexico operations & global leadership. Act as Micron’s senior external representative with federal, state, & local government, industry, & academic partners. Lead executive-level government engagement, partnerships, & grant activities. Serve as legal representative for Micron Semiconductor Mexico (MSM) & ensure regulatory & corporate compliance. Own site-level financial & operational stewardship, including budgets, CapEx, real estate, & facilities. Lead sustainable, multi-year site growth & support large-scale hiring & onboarding in partnership with HR & Talent Acquisition. Qualifications Senior leadership experience in complex, global, matrixed organizations. Proven experience supporting & enabling a matrix engineering organization, balancing local site needs with global functional priorities. Strong operations, engineering, manufacturing or site leadership background with executive credibility. Experience leading teams in Mexico; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Executive-level government & external stakeholder engagement experience. Demonstrated success leading rapid growth, transformation, & large-scale operations. Strong financial, compliance, & regulatory knowledge. Exceptional communication & stakeholder management across cultures.
