Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The role requires strong Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience, along with advanced Apex, LWC, and integration skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions. Position open only for Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Service Cloud, including case, Contract management, knowledge base, and console with best practices. Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing and reporting for efficient case distribution. Configure and customize Service Cloud using out-of-the-box functionalities (e.g., creating custom fields, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards) according to business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and REST/SOAP integrations. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities. Support for all operational changes on Salesforce Community/ Knowledge Base/ IVR. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization. Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel setup, routing configuration, and reporting. Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools). Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools like Git. Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant). Nice to Have Experience with CTI integration and case escalation automation. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
