Job Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Support and scale core cloud systems (Linux/Windows), network configurations, and AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch). Database Administration: Lead the installation, security management, and performance tuning of MongoDB in AWS. Automation & IaC: Design code-based solutions using Python, Go, or PowerShell to automate routine operations and manage Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform). Deployment & CI/CD: Manage production deployments for our SaaS platform using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Chef. Reliability & Monitoring: Lead incident management and maintain robust monitoring/alerting systems (Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace). Security & Compliance: Ensure business continuity and data protection in alignment with HIPAA and HITRUST standards. Collaboration: Partner with Dev and Ops teams in a Scrum environment to provide technical direction and hands‑on mentoring. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles supporting production AWS environments. Database Expertise: 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience with MongoDB architecture and performance tuning. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Linux/Windows administration and networking (VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls). Tooling: Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and Git-based workflows. Security Mindset: Experience with security tools (e.g., Prisma, Tenable, OSSEC) and managing sensitive data. Communication: Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to document complex logic for team contribution.
