Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico About the Role The Procurement Analyst (Supplier Shield Support Team) of CBRE will provide support to procurement professionals by ensuring a seamless onboarding and risk assessment experience for new suppliers. Troubleshoot potential issues and continuously seek improvements in the procurement process to better enhance overall service quality and operational excellence. Responsibilities Responsible for addressing procurement‑related inquiries through ServiceNow and maintaining effective use of the supplier onboarding and risk management tool through Supplier Shield while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer focus and analytical skills. Work closely with the Supplier Shield Product Owner, the Supplier Shield communications and change team, third party providers (Moody’s/GRMS/DIRO), D&T, and BSO. Proactively work with and advise procurement professionals of onboarding and risk management statuses for pending supplier queries. Comprehend, analyse, interpret and act on data as it relates to Coupa and ServiceNow. Respond promptly and effectively to procurement‑related inquiries from internal and external individuals through ServiceNow. Utilize the Coupa platform to manage procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide guidance and support to suppliers and procurement professionals regarding processes and requirements. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of supplier information and onboarding status. Assist with risk assessment and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the onboarding process. Monitor and track the progress of onboarding activities through reporting activities and follow up as necessary to ensure timely completion. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Advanced knowledge of risk assessment compliance and onboarding processes. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Help desk or Customer success. Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management certifications C.P.M. or C.P.S.M. is preferred. Proficiency in using ServiceNow and the Coupa platform. Knowledge of financial system ERPs and Global Risk Management Systems is preferred. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office. Good working knowledge of supplier onboarding, risk management. Good working knowledge of Coupa (or other P2P/Supplier onboarding and risk management systems with the ability to quickly upskill in Coupa).
