The Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Head and Nameplate Manager to elaborate, plan and deploy the commercial marketing plans to achieve the sales and profitability objectives of the Brands. He/she works with all the departments of the Commercial and Marketing organizations (Sales, Incentives, Finance, Product, Media, Advertising, Brands, Supply Chain, Legal Counsel) to gather, analyze and prepare the information for the decision‑making process for the Brand Head and the Nameplate managers. Strategic (40%) Develops the product vision, positioning, volume forecast, share, mix, pricing, incentives for new product approvals Defines pricing actions, showroom walks, price positioning, pricing ladders, pricing tasks Conducts analysis of demographics, cross‑shop, inflow, outflow, top vehicles considered, “we have/they have”, purchasing reason/rejection Creates the marketing brief to support advertising campaigns (message, target, feature, claims) Develops the What’s New plan for the incoming new model year featuring new equipment, pricing, standalone options and mix Evaluates portfolio and product complexity to ensure its adequacy according to market dynamics Operational (60%) Conducts the monthly nameplate review Creates and maintains nameplates price bulletins Develops communications to the dealer network Reviews all product touch points of contact for accuracy: train‑the‑trainer, catalogs, specs, websites Produces “walk‑around” and interviews with media Maintains the Brand Product Playbook Looks along with the Fleet group for opportunities for fleet sales and provides support Follows up with supply chain and sales group: stock levels, production, ordering/allocation and logistics Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering 5 years of professional experience Fully fluent in English Understanding of the Mexican Automotive industry Familiarity with business and finance concepts (Revenue, margin, cost, FX) Technical Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research and analytical skills Comfort level of proficiency with JATO, Excel, PowerPoint, Word software Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and commercial practices Abilities Focused to get results and capable to work in stressful environments Level 5 Innovation Level 5 Coaching Level 5 Client orientation Level 5 Build trust relationships Level 5 Communication Level 5 #J-18808-Ljbffr
