Responsibilities To execute preventive or corrective maintenance to the moulds ensuring high quality and performance understanding First Time Trough impact. To lead problem solving cases with the moulding team to find root causes of issues on moulds having the hability to differentiate between process and mould issues and apply the proper action in the mould. To report immediately to the leader of the area any irregularity detected in the moulds during the performed processes (stop, call, wait). Supports shots evaluation process by solving critical doubts to technicians and being responsible of approving shots increase or change to destruction code based on the analysis. Provides support to repairman L1 and L2 to identify the right reparation to the unavailable moulds and assign activities according to priorities and evaluate performance. Leads two daily shift huddles (morning and afternoon) with technicians and ensure that information about Safety, FTT, Stop machine, block cavities spare parts purchase and damaged moulds occurred during his shift is updated. Troubleshooting at stop mould. Decides if mould should be dismounted from machine for further analysis or solved at the machine. Determines actions should be taken by a cleaner or a repairman L1/L2. Understands and it is capable to provide support in corrective maintenance activities as well as preventive maintenance processes.
