Objective / Purpose of the Function Provide quality services, supporting the payroll coordinator. Main Responsibilities Assist the Payroll Coordinator in the following activities and their execution: Process and calculate the weekly payroll (KPI) Calculate, withhold, and pay all payroll taxes (KPI). Submit terminations, additions, and salary modifications to the IMSS-IDSE (Mexican Social Security Institute). Calculate and prepare the annual salary and wage adjustment payroll for applicable employees. Respond to all legal requirements associated with payroll taxes and withholdings. Review the hours worked by employees and verify them with HR. Coordinate external payroll audits to obtain a clean report. Prepare and submit payroll reports. Participate in the preparation of the annual salary and wage budget. Reconcile accumulated payroll with monthly accounting records. Calculate and process PTU (Employment Benefit), Christmas Bonus, Vacation, and Savings Fund payments. Calculate the occupational hazard pay. Monitor and report overtime. Follow up on the legal requirements listed in the FMI-122 Compliance Checklist. Ensure compliance with and ensure that staff under their supervision comply with each of the points considered in the Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V. Code of Conduct (Ethics). Including all activities inherent to the position. Comply with the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, following the procedures and instructions applicable to their activities. Competencies / Abilities Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
