We are seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Damage Estimator with a strong background in collision repair and insurance estimation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can remotely assess vehicle condition, identify repairable versus replaceable components, and produce accurate, professional estimates using industry-standard software. Responsibilities Conduct remote inspections of lease and fleet vehicles to identify normal and excess wear and tear. Prepare accurate and well-documented repair estimates using Mitchell and Audatex. Evaluate vehicle damage based on photographs and supporting documentation. Determine whether components should be repaired or replaced in accordance with U.S. industry standards. Maintain clear, detailed, and professional records of findings. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of team performance and operational standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims, collision repair estimating, or related vehicle damage assessment roles. Strong command of Mitchell and/or Audatex estimation platforms. Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics, parts identification, repair procedures, and vehicle condition evaluation. Proven experience assessing NWT and EWT through photo-based inspections. Fluent English communication skills are required. Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
