This position reports to: Project Finance Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will drive performance improvement across Finance Operations by leading automation initiatives, analyzing KPIs, and solving operational issues. Partners with leadership to define priorities, deliver measurable impact, and scale standardized solutions across processes and locations, supporting both local and global initiatives. The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Electrification Finance team in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. You will be mainly accountable for: Identify performance gaps using KPIs, data analysis, and stakeholder input. Lead end-to-end process improvement, including process mapping, gap identification, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable solutions. Drive process automation using Excel and Power tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases, defining business requirements, and coordinating with specialized teams for implementation. Align with leadership to define priorities and support the improvement roadmap. Promote adoption of standard processes, tools, and scalable solutions across teams.
