Responsibilities Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross-functional improvement projects. Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.
