Review SAP system processes jointly with users to ensure the standardized flow of functional area processes. Advise and develop user knowledge of SAP system processes at the site. Establish and standardize BBM – SAP processes for site users. Ensure continuous improvement of processes through compliance with and monitoring of KPIs.
