Nimble Gravity Accounting Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Download, acknowledge receipt, and record purchase invoices, and prepare and submit the supporting document to the DIAN. Register expenses, cash receipts, and reconciliations. Review payroll and social benefits. Prepare sales invoices with the required supporting documents. Reconcile the accounts payable module, accounting records, DIAN portal, and billing system. Record expenses paid with credit cards and petty cash reimbursements. Prepare working papers for tax submissions. Create vendors and third parties in the accounting system. Reconcile accounting accounts. Record and classify accounting transactions in the ERP systems used by the company. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of accounting records. Assist in recording payroll transactions and updates in the ERP system. Support the preparation of financial reports and tax filings. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the proper flow of financial information. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in technology companies or multinational corporations. Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and local tax regulations. Preferably familiar with SIIGO Cloud (Desirable). Proficiency in office tools, especially advanced Excel. Intermediate English level. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
