We are looking for a proactive and highly organized High Volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. locations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for frontline and community-based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes and a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate enjoys high-volume recruiting, candidate interaction, sourcing, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline positions Post jobs and source candidates through multiple channels Conduct phone screenings and candidate evaluations Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage offer process and pre-employment steps Maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS Partner with hiring managers to support staffing priorities Support hiring across multiple locations and communities Requirements 2-4 years of recruiting experience Experience with high-volume recruiting environments Experience recruiting hourly or frontline positions Strong communication and phone screening skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools Strong organizational and time management skills Advanced English communication skills required Experience recruiting candidates in the US.
