What You Will Do Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support to employees regarding payroll topics such as missing pay, pay discrepancies. Research and resolve payroll‑related inquiries by leveraging systems such as Eslabon (payroll), MyHR (data/transactions), ServiceNow (ticket/request management) and Kronos (Time and attendance system). Clearly explain payroll and MYHR processes to employees, ensuring understanding and building trust. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective phone support, ticket management, and follow‑up communication. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve complex payroll and HR issues, escalating as needed. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve payroll and HR processes and employee support, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Who You Are Experienced in HR service center, payroll, or customer support roles, with a strong focus on problem‑solving and research. Skilled at using HR and payroll systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction, especially when handling sensitive payroll concerns. Able to manage high call volumes, multitask across systems, and prioritize follow‑up actions effectively. Fluent in English and Spanish, supporting a diverse and global workforce. What Will Put You Ahead Experience using ServiceNow, Eslabon, MyHR, or similar HR/payroll platforms. Proven ability to explain complex payroll topics in a clear, accessible manner. Track record of identifying process improvements based on data and employee feedback.
