Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling PagerDuty incidents is highly valued The Opportunity Application Support & Enhancemen tMaintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to ensure stability, availability, and performance .Develop and support backend services and APIs using Node.js .Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js .Support KTLO activities including bug fixing, issue resolution, monitoring, and production enhancements Production Support & PagerDut yParticipate in production support activities and on-call rotations .Respond to and troubleshoot incidents and alerts through PagerDuty .Perform root cause analysis and support issue remediation in production environments .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues Cloud & DevOp sWork with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications .Support CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices .Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency Database & System Optimizatio nWork with SQL and/or NoSQL databases to support application functionality and performance .Troubleshoot backend integrations and optimize queries when needed .Contribute to system improvements, automation, and operational tooling Collaboration & Engineering Excellenc eParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation .Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions .Follow software engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives .What You Nee dRequired Skill sMinimum 4–6 years of professional software development experience .Strong hands-on experience with :Node.j sReact.j sAWS Cloud Service sSQL and/or NoSQL Database sExperience building and supporting RESTful APIs and modern web applications .Experience working in production support, KTLO, or operational support environments .Exposure to incident management and PagerDuty support processes .Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills .Experience with Git/version control systems .Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices .Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualification sExperience with serverless architectures and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes .Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library .Exposure to Java technologies and scripting languages such as Groovy .Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .Experience working in Agile delivery environments and DevOps culture .Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services and modern application deployment practices .Exposure to monitoring, observability, and automation tools is a plus Benefits Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
