We’re seeking creative and skilled Karma Yoga Content Creators passionate about spirituality to capture and share Hridaya’s teachings through engaging media. In this role, you’ll be integral to capturing and sharing Hridaya’s transformative teachings and experiences. Your creative contribution will help amplify the Hridaya Vision of living with an open heart through visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos of daily retreat activities, including yoga sessions, workshops, events, and participant experiences. Create visually engaging short-form content (e.g., reels, stories, highlights) to showcase the essence of Hridaya. Conduct short interviews or collect testimonials from participants to add personal depth to the content. Work closely with the Content Specialist and the global Communications Team to ensure consistency across all platforms. Submit drafts for review, incorporate feedback, and ensure all content is delivered on time. Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing the content bank and hanging promotional posters. Qualifications While serving at our centers and working with others, it’s essential to cultivate the Karma Yoga spirit and consciously integrate daily responsibilities into spiritual practice. The ideal candidate has: Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, etc.) Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing The ability to create visually engaging and impactful content that reflects Hridaya’s teachings An understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) primarily for creating short-form videos (e.g. reels, stories) The ability to capture moments authentically reflecting the participant’s experience, with strong attention to composition, lighting, and emotional resonance A genuine interest in yoga and spiritual practices, with a willingness to align content with Hridaya’s philosophy of living from the Heart Additional Information (for Mexico) If you’re longing to deepen your practice of selfless service, we invite you to apply for the Karma Yoga Immersive Retreat at our Center in Mazunte, Oaxaca.
