We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive to drive commercial growth across Vibra's global rights portfolio. This is a front-line commercial role focused on originating, structuring, and closing international sponsorship partnerships across NBA, NFL, MLB, esports, emerging sports properties, and global athlete brands. You will identify opportunities, build strong commercial narratives, and convert conversations into multi-market partnerships. Responsibilities Revenue Generation Identify and prioritize sponsorship targets across the US, LATAM, Europe, and Asia Build and manage a disciplined CRM-driven sales pipeline Generate new leads through outbound outreach, events, and network activation Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution Achieve and exceed revenue targets Strategic Commercial Development Develop tailored sponsorship narratives aligned with brand objectives Structure multi-territory partnership proposals Work closely with client teams to understand rights inventory and positioning Collaborate with strategy and design teams to build strong pitch materials Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with senior marketing and brand leaders Represent Vibra at key industry events (sports conferences, summits, brand activations) Maintain strong communication with rights holders and athlete representatives Support long-term partner retention and upsell opportunities Track global sponsorship trends across major leagues and properties Maintain knowledge of territorial rights structures and league frameworks Contribute commercial insights to Vibra's broader strategy Experience & Profile 2–8 years experience in sponsorship sales, sports commercial roles, agency sales, brand partnerships, tech or B2B sales Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong outbound sales mindset with structured pipeline management Proven ability to close mid-to-high value deals Passion for NBA, NFL, MLB, global football, and sports culture High accountability and performance-driven mindset Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a scaling environment Fluency in English and Spanish, additional languages a strong plus What We Offer Direct access to global sports properties and athlete brands Ownership over revenue generation and commercial strategy Competitive base salary plus significant commission upside tied to performance Close collaboration with senior leadership An international, fast-moving environment Career acceleration inside a growing global agency We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
