The Role As a Database Administrator on our team you will architect and maintain the backbone of our technology infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability for our business operations. Responsibilities Configure, install and maintain database management systems at peak performance. Manage user access and implement stringent security controls to protect data. Design and maintain disaster‑recovery and backup plans. Support end users and application developers in resolving complex database‑related problems. Implement policies and procedures to safeguard data from external threats. Conduct capacity planning and growth projections to ensure scalability. Collaborate with teams to coordinate database project plans aligned with organizational goals. Propose and implement enhancements that improve performance and reliability. Requirements Required Technical and Professional Expertise Microsoft Windows Server 2016 implementation and management VMware ESXi experience Public/private cloud management, including migration from on‑prem to cloud Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Automation experience, especially IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) Vulnerability management On‑prem AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services) with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD Being You We value growth, customer focus, and inclusivity.
