Investor Servicing – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Senior Consultant responsible for supporting end‑to‑end investor services across private equity, hedge funds, real estate and special situations strategies within the Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) unit. The role includes client onboarding, fund administration, investor communication and technology transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Support daily investor and internal inquiry escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, tax, legal, accounting and fund administration teams globally on client onboarding, side‑letter negotiations, fund launches, and co‑invest activities. Assist with annual budgeting cycles and run‑rate revenue analysis to ensure funds’ financial viability. Handle U.S. broker‑dealer inquiries and provide ad‑hoc and quarterly reporting. Drive technology transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance investor experience. Oversee outgoing investor correspondence and cash‑flow reporting to support portfolio management teams. Mange fund document repositories, including PPMs, LPAs and subscription agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver high‑quality work products while identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvement. Qualifications 6‑10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in private equity or hedge fund administration at a reputable fund administrator or asset manager. Deep understanding of private equity/hedge fund mechanics, including end‑to‑end fund lifecycle functions. Proven ability to manage high‑volume investment operations inquiries, resolve investor issues and oversee investor onboarding processes. Direct experience with private funds focused on real estate and special situations; exposure to global macro strategies strongly preferred. Experience managing a managed service provider, defining and monitoring SLAs and related governance responsibilities. Team‑leadership experience in global operational models; strong documentation and process improvement skills. Advanced English proficiency.
