Country EHS Officer – Mexico, Costa Rica & El Salvador The role leads Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities across Mexico, Costa Rica and El Salvador, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards, driving risk reduction, and fostering a strong safety culture across multiple business operations. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all local EHS laws, regulations, and corporate requirements. Implement and maintain EHS programs and management systems aligned with global standards. Identify and mitigate risks across operations (service, offices, and customer sites). Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support EHS audits and ensure timely reporting of performance and compliance metrics. Deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture across the organization. Act as the main EHS contact with authorities and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in EHS roles within multinational or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of local regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation methodologies.
