Job Purpose Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant infrastructure and facility systems, including critical process utilities such as industrial gases and chemical consumables. The role ensures reliable supply, system performance, and full compliance with safety and environmental standards, safeguarding production continuity and enabling efficient Blades manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Facilities Operation & Consumables Management - Ensure continuous availability of industrial gases (Nitrogen, Ammonia), process oils, and chemicals to support uninterrupted production. - Control and optimize consumption levels of all facility-related consumables. - Manage supply logistics, storage, and internal distribution. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage aligned with operational and safety standards. 2.Facilities Maintenance & Technical Systems - Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility systems and infrastructure. - Operate and monitor critical systems including ammonia dissociators and cryogenic gas supply (Nitrogen). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gas, chemical, and utility systems. - Coordinate contractors and specialized service providers. - Ensure timely execution of repairs and system reliability. 3. Projects & Process Support - Lead facility-related projects including expansions, upgrades, and layout modifications. - Support installation and commissioning of infrastructure for new production lines. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. - Ensure quality, consistency, and proper performance of process consumables. - Monitor key parameters that impact product quality and process stability. 4. Energy & Resource Management - Monitor and analyze energy consumption (electricity, gas, utilities). - Identify and implement cost reduction and energy efficiency initiatives. - Drive sustainability and resource optimization programs. 5. Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance - Ensure safe operation of ammonia and nitrogen systems, including risk prevention (leaks, pressure, exposure). - Enforce safety protocols and support emergency response readiness. - Manage hazardous waste and contaminated materials, ensuring proper handling and disposal. - Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Support - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure facility capability aligns with operational demands. - Communicate risks, constraints, and infrastructure limitations to leadership. - Drive proactive actions to prevent operational disruptions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in facilities & utilities management or engineering - Experience managing building systems and infrastructure - Experience with gases, chemicals, or hazardous materials Technical Skills: - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems - Industrial gases operation (ammonia dissociation systems, cryogenic systems) - Water, Chemical and oil handling (Industrial filtration systems for coolant, oil and water) Energy management and conservation - Preventive maintenance systems - Hazardous waste management - Environmental & safety regulations - Ability to read technical drawings and layouts Preferred Technical Skills: Fluid Handling Technologies (pressured gases like ammonia and/or nitrogen) Industrial furnace heat treatments High safety awareness Languages: - Intermediate English Additional: - Availability to support emergencies - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational skills Valid passport and U.S. visa - Availability to travel and support off-hours (domestic and international) Strong shop floor presence
