Job Objective Leading the Forvia Excellence System (FES) deployment within respective Region to support the execution of the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP). Contribute to the definition of the Plant Improvement Plan to achieve the budget. Duties And Responsibilities Operations Excellence Provide - according to the needs - knowledge and skills regarding the FES system to the Plant’s Management & key process contributors through ongoing coaching and training in order to develop high level of autonomy & ownership. Drive the change process in the plants, contribute to creation of the mindset and the culture of respect for FES and LEAN concepts and tools. Training and advising the Plant Management to drive performance and continuous improvement (DLE, Te-change, NQE, etc) by identifying top offenders and defining together with the local teams necessary action plan (Pareto of Pareto); implementation of the suitable FES improvement tools; identification/elimination of waste; line balancing; implementing Pull Flow in applicable areas. Support Supervisors and Group Leaders in the construction and adherence to Standardized Work and the development of their routines as basis for achieving high levels of autonomy in driving the operational performance. Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering focused on optimization of waiting times, work content reduction, continuous flow, layout improvements and Pull Flow. Liaise with Region FES / OPEI Network to ensure knowledge of Group Standards and best practices. Participate in regional workshops to test and/or improve new lean concept or advanced tools. Support the deployment of FES tools for launch projects by Moderation of Lean Industrial Design (LID) Workshop Entrepreneurship Establishing and coordinating a functional network. Conducting of international trainings regarding the responsible expertise Preparing and presenting strategic decisions for innovative processes and technologies. Economic considerations, cost comparisons regarding budget and resource planning. Leadership (functional leadership) Functional lead of the employees in the competence responsibility. Guiding, instructing, and supporting employees in function-related tasks. Your Qualifications English advanced. Continuous improvement methodology knowledge and experience.
