Key Exciting Responsibilities Design and develop modular, user‑centered information experiences using DITA/XML standards to optimize content for search and AI‑driven automated pipelines. Spearhead the creation of personable and technically accurate content across multiple formats, including online help, in‑product guides, and video tutorials. Refine content for conversational interfaces and RAG‑based chatbots by implementing semantic tagging and maintaining technical accuracy. Partner with Engineering, UX, and Product teams to leverage AI tools and streamline content production while advocating for the end‑user experience. Lead information architecture upgrades and mentor team members on emerging content strategy standards. Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field with 5+ years of professional technical communication experience. Proven expertise in building organized, modular content (DITA, XML, or Markdown) for automated systems and AI ingestion. Skilled at interpreting complex technical information and presenting it effectively to diverse user personas. Highly proactive collaborator capable of managing stakeholders and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced Agile environment. Deep understanding of information architecture design and user‑centered learning requirements. Experience in the construction, accounting software, or project management industries. Proficiency with semantically rich content models that support LLM performance. Skills in creating high‑quality video learning content.
