Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure quality standards and metrics, driving innovation and exceeding quality goals. Additionally, you will actively engage with internal and external customers as well as suppliers, addressing quality concerns, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment on quality expectations throughout the product lifecycle. You will act as a key liaison between the organization, customers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Work in a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives. Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and other regulatory requirements. Utilize advanced English communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Apply knowledge of manufacturing products, GD&T, and reading and interpreting technical drawings. Manage inspection criteria and acceptance standards, ensuring adherence to quality specifications. Oversee quality assurance projects and improvement initiatives, leveraging technical knowledge of product manufacturing. Engage with external and internal customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and drive satisfaction. Conduct internal and external audits to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, including AS9100. Experience in quality assurance, inspection criteria, and acceptance standards. Advanced English proficiency for effective communication. Proficiency in GD&T and reading and interpreting technical drawings. Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives. Knowledge of routines and fairs. Proven experience working directly with customers and/or suppliers on quality-related issues, including complaint resolution, audits, or corrective actions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
