Software Project Manager A role focused on driving execution, follow‑up, and control across the company's software development projects. The incumbent will keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward by coordinating with technical and non‑technical teams, tracking priorities, identifying risks early, and ensuring accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and follow up on software development projects from planning through execution and delivery. Track timelines, priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and project risks. Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, management, and technical teams. Translate business needs into structured project requirements and actionable follow‑up. Monitor progress and identify delays, blockers, gaps, or misalignment early. Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and status visibility across ongoing projects. Lead project check‑ins, follow‑up meetings, and progress reviews with internal teams. Support prioritization when multiple projects or urgent requests are competing for resources. Document action items, responsibilities, decisions, deadlines, and next steps. Help assess whether projects are progressing in a realistic and healthy way, not just on paper. Work closely with developers, vendors, product owners, or internal teams to keep execution moving. Contribute to process improvement in project tracking, workflow organization, and reporting. Support software‑related initiatives involving AI, automation, or data‑driven tools where applicable. Requirements Experience in project coordination, project supervision, operations follow‑up, or software‑related project management. Good understanding of software development logic, workflows, and terminology. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment under pressure. Ability to identify risks, challenge unclear assumptions, and push for clarity and accountability. Experience using project tracking or collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar. Ability to document and track decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines in a structured way. Familiarity with software concepts such as APIs, databases, integrations, testing, bugs, releases, and development cycles is preferred. Exposure to artificial intelligence tools, AI‑assisted workflows, or software products with AI‑related features is a strong plus. Comfortable working in a demanding, fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities. High level of ownership, initiative, and follow‑through. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting or coordinating software development teams. Basic understanding of programming logic, even if not working as a programmer full‑time. Experience working with AI tools for productivity, analysis, automation, or product enhancement. Ability to detect hidden risks, vague requirements, or false progress signals in projects. Strong reporting, communication, and escalation skills. Practical mindset focused on execution and outcomes rather than just meetings and status updates.
