Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field within the Oil & Gas industry Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sand Control tools and Intelligent Completions solutions, preferably in Business Development, technical sales, or commercial management roles. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to maintain technical and commercial conversations with clients. Strong experience managing and developing client relationships. Knowledge of contract management and commercial follow‑up. Ability to identify business opportunities and support commercial growth strategies. Strong collaboration skills with technical and operational teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑oriented skills.
