We’re looking for a Functional Application Support Analyst Junior to support global business applications across Sales, Order Management, and CPQ platforms . This role is ideal for someone with experience in application support, business systems, CRM platforms, or order management processes who enjoys troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and working closely with both IT and business teams. Experience with CPQ platforms is a plus — but not mandatory. What You’ll Do Provide L1/L2 functional support for Sales, Order Management, and related business applications Support business users, sales teams, and operations teams across global regions Troubleshoot functional issues, data inconsistencies, and process-related problems Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Support Quote-to-Order (Q2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes Assist with: Quote validation Pricing and discount-related issues Order creation and tracking Product configuration support Collaborate with IT, integration teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Participate in root cause analysis, testing, and process improvements Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in application support, business systems support, or functional support roles Understanding of Sales, CRM, Order Management, or Quote-to-Cash processes Experience supporting enterprise business applications Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong English communication skills at both, spoken and written Preferred Skills Experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, or similar tools Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, or SAP Sales Cloud Experience with ERP or Order Management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Basic understanding of integrations and data flows between enterprise systems ITIL certification or similar is a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
