Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Front Line Leader - you’ll do:Job SummaryResponsible for the overall management of the Fabrication area, tasked with leading the team to achieve the area's objectives and metrics in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. Additionally, this role requires coordination with all functional and service groups to meet customer needs. It also involves driving team performance to meet or exceed financial plans and strategic objectives, while motivating staff to foster a high-performance culture. This position has responsability to promote the safety, quality and continuous improvement (CIF) culture, throughout Eaton Business System (EBS).Job ResponsibilitiesProduction planning review and attainment.Coordinate daily production.Prepare and send production daily report.Coordinate, leverage, and utilize appropriately resources to resolve safety, quality and manufacturing situations in order to improve processes and meet external and internal customer demands.Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better performance.Coordinate and administer employees: HR incidents (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions).Act as a business partner by planning, initiating, leading, measuring, monitoring and assessing continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate Eaton Business Systems (EBS) processes and problem solving tools such as ELSS (Eaton Lean Sis Sigma), Operational Assessment (OPA) and 5S+.Coordinate with Human Resources in the selection, promotion, counseling, lay off and termination of employees using Eaton guidelines and policies.Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficiency, safe and ergonomic conditions in the area.Implement, promote and maintain a safe and ergonomic work environment by implementing a culture of zero accidents. Investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules.
