Lead, develop, and execute the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy across the organization, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards, while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Drive a strong safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives, training, and leadership engagement, contributing to operational excellence, sustainability, and the protection of employees, assets, and the environment. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing industry (preferably metal-mechanic). Experience implementing and auditing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection or equivalent). Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. Knowledge of risk assessment tools (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus. Intermediate-advanced English (required).
