What You Will Do Lead warehouse operations activities, driving focus on all elements of operational excellence, EH&S and compliance, Quality, Service. Promote our self‑driven safety & quality culture. Foster a culture based on our Principle Based Management (PBM®) philosophy. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Foster an open and empowering environment where ideas and challenges are welcomed. Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution. Drive continuous improvement through innovation and transformation of the business. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Ability to work rotating shifts. Supervisor with experience in warehouses, supply and/or productions areas. Prioritize, develop, and execute strategies to mitigate risks based on likelihood and severity with the correct sense of urgency. Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization. Experience with Continuous Improvement Events/Activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance teams. Fluent in English and Spanish. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial. Manufacturing experience – Experience in Glass Manufacturing is a plus. Coaching skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
