The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration is key to success in this role. Responsibilities Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials: Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Supplier Management & Performance: Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives. RFQs & Negotiation: Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions. Purchase Orders & Expediting: Manage requisitions and POs, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Cost Optimization & Spend Analysis: Identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend. Job Requirements 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in indirect purchasing and MRO. Bilingual in English and Spanish (B2 or higher). Experience in a medical manufacturing environment is a plus. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred). Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent experience. Strong negotiation, analysis, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under general supervision and adapt to changing priorities. Valid US visa for business travel, as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
