Position: Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm Location: Laguna Technopark Biñan, Laguna Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000 Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) Work Set up: On site Benefits Government mandated Benefits HMO 13th month pay Sick Leave Credits Vacation Leave Credits Free Parking Company Events Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules. Receive and process delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Holder At least 1 year of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations. Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
