HSE SUPERVISOR Involved in the HSE Department , our HSE Supervisor will control and ensure the integrity of fixed assets from physical, accounting, and tax standpoints. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with and follow-up on the established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Ensure compliance with the CTPAT program guidelines and annual audits/reviews; report suspicions, findings, and asset protection/security violations. Responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with the CTPAT program by leading and coordinating its implementation and updating the company profile annually. Continuously monitor CTPAT program controls and procedures to ensure compliance with all requirements. Coordinate risk assessments related to the CTPAT program. Manage and ensure the proper operation of CCTV and Access Control systems. Ensure compliance with plant entry and exit protocols for visitors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and carriers. Manage specialized asset protection/security services such as security guards, K9 services, and CCTV monitoring. Manage the Pest and Wildlife Control Program. Requirements English (80%) is a prerequisite Bachelor’s degree completed in Asset Protection, Security Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent proven experience. 3+ years related experience in a similar role Knowledge of the CTPAT program and its implementation. Knowledge of HSE and Asset Protection/Security programs. Knowledge of management systems under ISO standards. Knowledge of Pest Control/Agricultural Security programs (preferred). Knowledge of emergency prevention and response, as well as business continuity programs. Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Join US!
