Role Overview In addition to On Location’s role as the Official Hospitality Provider for the FIFA World Cup™, OL is partnering with the Mexico City Stadium to provide hospitality services to Palco and Platea ticket holders. The Venue Manager will serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for Palco and Platea Hospitality, leading the delivery of services and managing vendors for host/hostess, access control/security, catering, furniture, florals, entertainment, cleaning, gifting, and interior design elements. Key Responsibilities Manage vendors providing host/hostess, access control/security, catering services, furniture, florals, entertainment, cleaning and waste management, gifting, and interior environmental design. Provide oversight on menu development process and catering service levels. Provide oversight on environmental design of hospitality spaces. Train and manage all contracted staff to support the Stadium Hospitality Products, including catering staff and guest‑experience staff. Develop documentation to guide operations leading up to and during each match for each hospitality space. Support build of system to credential guests for access to hospitality spaces. Provide customer support for hospitality customers. Be part of the OL management team that advises on product inclusions, guest‑experience details and marketing strategy. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead the project management efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Establish and nurture relationships with venue owners, operators, and event contractors. Build and manage a small, effective team to deliver hospitality outcomes. Assist with planning site visits for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate venue‑related meetings. Support coordination, scheduling and materials preparation for cross‑functional venue planning. Monitor key dates, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress and adherence to timelines. Assist with budget development, tracking and analysis in line with financial objectives. Prepare and deliver internal reporting and status tracking across various venue‑related workstreams. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports, venue and/or event management, working on major events and venue operations. Demonstrated track record of managing and executing events of varying sizes and complexities. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues efficiently. Excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple large‑scale tasks and priorities simultaneously. Fluent working with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Working knowledge of Smartsheet preferred. Strong team‑building and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
