We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors modules. This role will work closely with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and ensure the effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, etc.). Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues and user inquiries. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies. Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making. Conduct testing (UAT) and support system releases. Train end users and provide documentation when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. 4–6+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (depending on seniority). Knowledge of one or more modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, LMS, etc.). Experience in system configuration and support. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices. English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
