A Snapshot of Your Day The Accounts Receivable & Tax Resolution Analyst is responsible for reviewing, processing, and resolving short‑paid tax invoice issues, including situations where sales tax was invoiced prior to receipt of a valid customer exemption certificate. This role supports accurate billing, compliance with indirect tax regulations, and timely resolution of customer tax discrepancies within the accounts receivable function. How You’ll Make An Impact Experience in Accounts Receivable, or Order to Cash functions (Billing/Invoicing a plus) Understanding sales/indirect tax and exemption certificate requirements. Prior experience of resolving short paid invoices tied to tax issues a plus! Demonstrates strong attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate financial transactions. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. What You Bring Candidate should have 2+ years business experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. SAP/ ERP System Experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn exemption certificate tools or tax engines (e.g., Avalara). Must be bilingual English/Spanish and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with diligence in a fast‑paced environment. About The Team The Key Accounts finance team is part of Commercial Sales FIN, supporting high‑value and strategic customers with a strong focus on resolving complex Accounts Receivable issues, including tax and payment discrepancies. We partner closely with Sales, Tax, and Operations to protect revenue, ensure compliance, and build long‑term customer relationships.
