Play your part in our team success The Sr Industrial Engineer supports manufacturing operations through SAP master data management, capacity analysis, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate production data, supporting operational decision‑making, and driving manufacturing readiness across platforms and buildings. The position collaborates closely with production, planning, process engineering, and global teams to support demand changes, engineering updates, operational optimization, and strategic manufacturing initiatives. Core Responsibilities SAP Management: Create and maintain routings, production versions, and ensure data accuracy across systems. Engineering and Capacity Analysis: Lead engineering changes, perform capacity analysis, and support production balancing strategies. Operational Optimization: Identify constraints, evaluate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate activities with production, planning, process engineering, and global teams to support strategic manufacturing initiatives. Reporting and Decision Support: Develop operational reports and dashboards, providing analysis and recommendations for decision‑making. Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed. Do you have what it takes? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, with proven experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environments. Solid understanding of SAP master data processes and manufacturing workflows, including routings and production versions. Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Detail‑oriented mindset for continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional decisions. Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, and comfortable presenting complex ideas.
