Team Overview As a Sr. Strategy Analyst, you'll be the go‑to expert for data‑driven decision‑making, working directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and find operational efficiencies. You'll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to uncover insights and shape strategy. Responsibilities Serving as the primary source of data‑driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the General Manager and leadership team. Analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals. Leading strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes. Developing and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish. 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast‑paced corporate environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
