Job Summary We are seeking an experienced engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in electrical system design, development, testing, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid analytical skills, particularly in root cause analysis, and the ability to independently debug complex electrical issues. Job Description: Support Electrical Engineering needs across PCBA, device, and equipment levels. Perform board-level, system-level, and equipment troubleshooting. Execute and support IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing standards. Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain equipment reliability. Drive electrical improvements, corrective actions, and process optimizations. Prepare clear technical documentation and communication updates. Troubleshoot component-related issues during development, production, or field use. Work one-on-one with customer stakeholders to identify procedure and/or product opportunities and evaluate potential technical solutions Provide innovative product system & component design solutions Understanding of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and Regulations. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of direct engineering experience in electrical design or development Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems Hands‑on experience with electrical testing tools and lab equipment Ability to work independently and manage technical challenges effectively
